Consent is recorded with its date. We do not sell your data. Optional aggregate statistics depend on your cookie choice.

What stays in your browser

Local favourites stay in your browser. After confirming your email and consenting to assistance, they can be linked to your contact and synced across devices. Off-market access requires staff approval. Essential cookies support sessions, security and preferences; optional statistics count visits and actions per page, without advertising. The site uses Supabase and Vercel; Hostinger sends transactional email. Encrypted backups are kept in a private GitHub repository for 35 days. OpenStreetMap maps load only when opened; route requests send public coordinates to the provider, never your device location.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at contato@madeinvix.com.br. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Data is retained while needed for your enquiry or applicable obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a property.

Allow a history of properties I visit in my consultation

Optional. After your email is confirmed and your contact linked, we record only public properties viewed, dates and visit counts. Our team can read this history. Turning it off erases the history and stops recording; encrypted backups expire within 35 days.
